Let us design a plan that is tailored to your ability and then develop the plan in line with your improvements. Initial purchase includes data gathering in order to provide a build up to your next PR. We will gather PR's, the races they were run at and current training to map a progressive 2-4 day per week training plan over 4 weeks or a calendar month. Plans are individualized and include feedback and adjustment driven by athlete correspondence to allow modification and optimal performance.

When you purchase a training plan from ALT Performance LLC, it is intended solely for your personal use or, if applicable, the use of the child for whom you have purchased the plan. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the training plan available to any other individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the plan through physical copies, electronic files, or by providing access to the plan through any digital platform. In addition, virtual and 'unattached athletes' are prohibited from representing any other track and field, road running, or cross-country organizations while utilizing training services provided by ALT Performance LLC, unless prior consent is obtained
