The IOG Training Group

Tailored plan based on athletes event and personal characteristics with supplementary sessions to correctly mechanical or strength problems. 

Customization is done taking into account the athletes race schedule and evaluations are done including time trials/races to prescribe very specific train goal paces. Using the correct training paces we can make easy progression adjustments to the training plan to achieve the best result each season.

Target Group : More experienced and high performing athletes looking to take running to the next level.  The athlete and parent must be willing to invest more personal time as some training sessions require traveling to specific locations or extended sessions. Members for this group are selected based on performance and attendance.

3. Nutrition & recovery

4. Strength Plan

This is an invite only group and includes an initial one on one consultation to plan season goals.
